At Fogle Wellness, we inspire you to mobilise all areas of functioning (mind and body) so that the therapeutic process is more effective, and you can experience real change! Whilst there are many types of exercise that can give us many benefits (group sports, gym, pilates, cycling etc), at Fogle Wellness all exercise programs that we recommend are tailored to your individual needs and in accordance with your nervous system.

Consultation: Goals
It’s time to make some goals for yourself and establish a general direction. I am here to collaborate on what tools may be helpful to reach those goals and make suggestions for various tools and interventions we can use in the process.
Specific Program
I collaborate with you to choose an appropriate form of exercise that aids in the somatic response(s) of your bodily needs. Each workout will use a specific topic and/or point of focus from your session to process during the class.
Attend Weekly Sessions
To get the most benefits in your therapeutic journey, you can opt for short-term, or long-term open-ended session plans. We will conduct regular reviews of your progress to ensure you are satisfied with the direction you’re heading.
